Week 6 - After the Holiday!

 04/09/2023 - Monday

  • After the second-term holiday, we had to follow the new schedule. On Monday, the official assembly was held. We sang the national anthem, Negaraku, the national anthem of Selangor, and the school song. The school prefect will read the student pledge and the national pillar. After that, the speeches from discipline teachers, duty teachers, and principals. All students went to their respective classes after the assembly. I received my relief class, which is 4 Medang. I have a class with 1 Alamanda at 10.25 AM until 11.35 AM. Kak Suriani told me to give my students the fail that she provided for them to put the exam paper and activity or exercise that I share. I also made a discussion of paper 1 English exam questions. I also have a class with 3 Anggerik after my lesson with 1 Alamanda from 11:35 AM until 12:10 PM. I also made a discussion paper for 1 English exam question with 3 Anggerik. At 2:00 PM, there was a joint briefing on 09/09/2023.

    • 05/09/2023 - Tuesday
      • I received 4 class relief because many teachers were away because of MSSD, workshops, or personal matters. I also have classes in lessons 8 and 9 at 1 Alamanda. No particular happened, but my class 1 Alamanda was noisy because some of the students were talking loudly, and it disturbed some of the students.

      06/09/2023 - Wednesday

      • As usual for practicum teachers, I received 2 class reliefs on this day in lessons 1 and 9. I also have classes with 3 Anggerik in lesson 3 and 4 and 1 Alamanda in lesson 8. There were no extracurriculars.

      07/09/2023 - Thursday

      • Every Thursday, I have no class, and I received 4 class reliefs because many teachers were away because of MSSD, workshops, or personal matters. I went to see my mentor because I wanted her to check my lesson plan for this week, and she said that she wanted to see the lesson plan by tomorrow.

      08/09/2023 - Friday

      • I received class relief for class PJPK. Form 5 Medang, Melunak, and Merbau played 'Bola Beracun' and traditional games like two groups needed to sit down and face each other. The group chosen will put their hands at the back and hide the item in their hand. The other group needs to guess who has the things in their writing. I was amazed by them when they played the traditional games because, in Sabah, they were a bit different when playing the traditional games. Then, I have classes with 3 Anggerik in lessons 7 and 8.

      09/09/2023 - Saturday

      • 'Gotong Royong Madani' was held, and I was assigned to paint the walls on the left and right of the entrance to the school.
